What is HOCOA?
HOCOA offers complete home services with one call - a network of dependable providers specializing in home repairs, maintenance, and improvements. HOCOA also offers a diverse suite of additional products and service such as catering, party planning, real estate services, mortgage services, etc.
HOCOA operates in 13 major cities across the United States and serves tens of thousands of home owners just like you.
We are advocates for our homeowners. You have heard of “AAA” for your automobiles. We are the AAA-type service for the homeowner.
Our members rate the work done by our service providers. Service providers who do not consistently meet the high standards of our homeowners, forfeit the privilege of serving our members.
How do I use HOCOA?
Our members make ONE call to HOCOA.
Our homeowners talk to a “live” person, 24/7 and not an automated call center. Our homeowners do not have to search websites for quality service providers.
HOCOA listens to our members requests and suggests possible service providers for the homeowner to consider.
HOCOA will initiate the process with our service providers by having them contact you to provide work details and estimates.
HOCOA will stay in contact with our homeowners and service providers to support your project at every step.
When the work is done, our members rate our service providers. Service providers who do not consistently meet the high standards of our homeowners, forfeit the privilege of serving our members.

How do Companies get on the HOCOA list?
Companies can not simply pay to be on the HOCOA list of service providers. Service providers must apply, provide good references, and provide proof of insurance.
HOCOA service providers must share our work high standards and philosophy, have the highest respect for our club members (as we do), and provide reliable and consistently satisfying work to our homeowners.
Is there a trial membership?

Why use HOCOA instead of just asking my nieghbors for recommendations?

What if I sign up, but don’t like it?
Annual membership fees are 100% refundable if you are not satisfied for any reason, without exception. Join HOCOA at no risk and become part of an organization that truly values it’s members and is focused on delivering value to the homeowner.
How long has HOCOA been in business?
HOCOA began in Charlotte, NC, in 1993 and has chapters in 13 major cities. Every year HOCOA serves tens of thousands of homeowners.

Expect a rapid response Hocoa contractors stay on the top of the referral list by taking great care of you and your job needs.

After calling Hocoa with a project or problem, you can expect to hear from the appropriate contractor(s) soon thereafter.

For urgent repairs, your Hocoa-authorized contractor should call within the hour to schedule an arrival time. For non-emergency projects, expect our authorized contractor(s) to make contact within 1 -2 days to schedule a convenient time to review your project and provide a bid.

While emergency response is available anytime, members must remember that contractors typically charge significantly more to provide service after-hours.
