  • For emergency repairs, call us 24/7 for immediate assistance.
  • Hocoa can also schedule contractors to handle routine maintenance tasks on a regular basis, such as window washings, pest-control, gutter-cleaning and more.

After calling Hocoa with a project or problem, you can expect to hear from the appropriate contractor(s) soon thereafter.

For urgent repairs, your Hocoa-authorized contractor should call within the hour to schedule an arrival time. For non-emergency projects, expect our authorized contractor(s) to make contact within 1 -2 days to schedule a convenient time to review your project and provide a bid.

While emergency response is available anytime, members must remember that contractors typically charge significantly more to provide service after-hours.
